What we collect
The details you enter in our project questionnaire, and your email address if you join the template release list.
Why
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. To email you when Template 001 is ready. To send studio news, only if you ask us to.
Who helps us
Our email provider, our website host, Formspree, the form service that delivers enquiries sent through this website, and our payment provider if you reserve a project. Each handles your information only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
If you send an enquiry and do not become a client, we delete your details within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep project and payment records for 6 years, as UK tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your details sooner where the law allows.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected], and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
