Before work starts
Your 30% reservation is fully refundable if you cancel before your project questionnaire is completed.
After your questionnaire is completed
Once your questionnaire is completed, work on your project has begun and your reservation is non-refundable.
After you approve the creative direction
- If you cancel after approving the creative direction, the payments you have already made are non-refundable, because they cover work already done. Nothing further is owed unless the work completed goes beyond what you have paid for, in which case we will invoice that work at a fair proportion of the project price and explain how it was worked out.
- You receive the creative direction and the work completed up to the date you cancel, and you may use it once every amount due at that date is paid.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel your project for reasons that are not caused by you, we will refund any payment for work we have not yet delivered.
Website Care plans
- Care plans have a three-month minimum initial term.
- After that, you can cancel with 30 days' written notice by email. The month already paid is not refunded, and unused hours do not roll over.
Free templates
Templates in our Free Design Library are free, so no payment or refund applies.
How to cancel or ask for a refund
Email [email protected] with your name, company and project. We confirm within one business day. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days.
